GRADING & TERMS – First printing or edition The first appearance of a work in print. My highest  grade for books is F Fine, Nice crisp copy with no signs of wear. NF - Near Fine – Crisp copy with few signs of wear, VGVery Good - the book has been read. but has minor signs of use & wear. G – Good, more pronounced signs of readership with noticeable signs of wear. Shelf wear, scuffing, fingerprints and the like.  RC  Reading Copy. A Book With Flaws - text is intact (no highlighting) no other promises on condition. The book shouldn’t fall apart in your hands with gentle reading. X-Lib – Ex-Library – a book that was previously owned by a lending institution. (An X-Lib can never be more than a reading copy.). Remainder  - A book that is marked by publisher in someway for discounted sale to the public. Usually an indelible ink mark on edge of book.  DJ - Dust Jacket.  PB - Mass Market Paperback. TPB - Trade Paperback (hardcover sized paperback) HC - Hardcover (boards)  EP - English Paper or printed on newsprint. The book is printed on the cheapest possible paper. This paper ages quickly and not well. In other words the pages are yellowing. FON - Former owner’s name. FF – Front Free end paper.  BKPL – Bookplate. L(R)GITB - Looks (Real) Good In The Bag.(Book looks better in protective covering (the bag) than out of it.)

POSTAGE –. Items may be combined to save on postage. Due to disability I can only ship once a week.  If you want your item sent out in next postal pick up (M thru F )  I suggest you opt for PRIORITY MAIL. Anne McCaffrey books going overseas are sent in Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes. This is currently the least expensive way to ship. Tracking and insurance is an extra charge On domestic orders If you want your order guaranteed to be shipped in a BOX add $ 1.50. Insurance – if insured it will be shipped in a box. Washington State residents will be charged Sales Tax. You can pick your items at our warehouse in Olympia Washington, call for directions & appointment 360.709.9812.  I try to package books so that they arrive in the condition they started out in.  We reserve the right to ship cheapest way possible - in some cases that is first class.  Priority mail is first class. Buying insurance on an item less than $20 is a not a good use of your funds - tracking works as well.(Count no collector happy until the book is out of the hands of the post office.)
